My Philosophy

​

​​I mentor because I know what it's like to want more but not see the path forward. Early in my career, mentors helped me see possibilities I couldn't see alone—that I could learn transformatively, teach purposefully, research meaningfully, and continue evolving as a professional all while living internationally in Mexico, Egypt, Croatia, Turkey, Bahrain, and the United States. They showed me I was capable of things I hadn't yet envisioned. Now I do the same for others. I help practicing professionals confidently lead and create—whether that's designing innovative, evidence-based programs, conducting their first scoping review, paper, or presentation, or growing into the academic or leadership role they dream of. I see potential. I provide actionable steps. And I celebrate every bit of progress along the way, because transformation happens in small steps as much as big leaps. Watching professionals discover what they're truly capable of? That's the joy that fuels my mentoring.
